Classic Steel Sheet Wall Panel Designs

Metal buildings often don't look "metal". That's because their exterior walls may be masonry, concrete, precast panels or other custom finishes. Our framing and roof systems are compatible with all of these and can even incorporate storefront glass.
 
Still, traditional sheet steel wall panels are often the most practical choice for the building's exterior, and our standard wall systems offer several options for function, appearance and energy efficiency. All wall panels shown below are available in a range of standard colours from the colour palette (see left), as well as special order colours and gauges.
 

 

Nucor "Classic Wall"™ Panel

The Classic Wall™ panel provides a strong, attractive wall panel ideal for commercial, community, and industrial applications. The Classic Wall offers what most builders, contractors, and owners are looking for in a versatile, attractive and cost-effective building system.

 

Nucor "Reverse Classic"™ Panel

Reverse Classic™ panels offer a rigid surface designed to compress up to 4” of insulation, with no resulting unsightly bulges at the girt, which makes for a very cost-effective insulated wall system. Fasteners are semi-concealed, allowing attention to focus on the beauty of the wall.

 

Nucor "Accent Wall"™ Panel

The architectural features of the Accent Wall™ make it ideal for fascias and decorative wall designs. The recessed fasteners provide a clean exterior appearance, and the deep rib configuration creates an attractive shadow pattern. Fasteners for the Accent Wall are semi-concealed.

 

Nucor Liner Panel

Liner panels are often specified to protect and to finish the building interior. This 28 gauge panel is coated with a polyester paint finish and is ideal where the liner is not exposed to weather. Where exposure to weather is a requirement or unique colors are requested, a 26 gauge Classic Wall panel can be specified.

Energy Saving Insulated Steel Wall Panels

Insulated wall panels are a popular exterior wall option for regions with climate extremes. We offer a variety of lightweight insulated panels that are as aesthetically attractive as they are practical. They combine a finished interior liner, air and vapor shield, insulated foam core and finished exterior weathering surface into a lightweight, but rigid wall unit with exceptional spanning capacity. Their reliable thermal performance comes from:
 
      •  No gaps or cavities           •  No cold conductance from thermal bridges
 
      •  No crushed insulation      •  No thermal loss when purlin spacing varies
 
These popular insulated panels are so light that they reduce loading on the structure and so easy to handle that they can speed up installation. Their 'hidden' fastening systems gives them a clean, uniform appearance that enhances the visual appeal of your building.
