Simply Cottage

Simply Cottage selected Kodiak Metal Buildings for their exceptional customer service and quick response times. The project involved an 80’x200’x14’ fully insulated commercial/retail space with liner panels, and Simply Cottage was fully involved in the design process. Budget was a key concern, but Kodiak worked closely with the client to revise plans and meet financial goals. The finished building delivered significant operational benefits, including improved air quality, energy efficiency, and approximately $5,000 in monthly heating savings thanks to in-floor heating, HRV, and high R-value insulation. Despite minor delays from winter conditions, Kodiak maintained strong communication and managed all trades to keep the project on track. The success of the build has already led to plans for a 10,000 SF expansion and multiple referrals from Simply Cottage.
