Cosella Dorken
Completed in August 2023 with Venfil Building Systems, the 32,000 SF Cosella Dörken project by CMB included foundation and structural design, SSR roofing, block veneer walls, mezzanine, insulation, crane runway, and a seamless warehouse expansion for efficient storage and use.
Uhaul - Ubox Milton
CMB supplied a 3-story, 96,000 SF PEMB self-storage building for U-Haul, delivering fast-tracked, cost-effective solutions with custom features. Existing partnership enabled streamlined engineering and project execution.
Ferox Winery
The Ferox Winery project in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a 6,000 SF custom metal building by CMB, completed in Sept 2022. It supports wine production with features like snap seam cladding, interior liners, and a vestibule. CMB handled engineering, supply, installation, and project management.
Simply Cottage
Simply Cottage chose Kodiak Metal Buildings for their excellent service and flexibility. The 80’x200’x14’ insulated retail space was customized to meet budget needs, resulting in a high-quality, energy-efficient building. Kodiak’s strong communication and hands-on approach led to a successful build, future expansion plans, and multiple referrals.
REDECAN
The completed building measures 144' x 240' x 30' at the eave. Canadian Metal Buildings (CMB) installed 460 linear feet of interior partition walls, sheeted on both sides. The roof features a 24-gauge standing seam system with Simple Saver insulation and a full ceiling liner. The exterior walls are finished with 26-gauge corrugated metal cladding, complete with Simple Saver insulation, full interior liner panels, and all necessary trims.
CLARKSON WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The project involved installing 8,905 square feet of 3-inch KingZip roof panels and 5,095 square feet of 3-inch KingSpan Optimo smooth wall panels, all completed with the necessary trims, fasteners, and sealants. It also included 200 feet of standard gutter with eight downspouts for proper drainage and a 200-foot S5 double bar snow retention system for added roof safety.
