CLARKSON WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The project included the successful installation of 8,905 square feet of 3-inch thick KingZip roof panels, complete with all required trims, fasteners, and sealants to ensure a weather-tight and durable finish by a CMB Authorized Builder. Additionally, 5,095 square feet of 3-inch thick KingSpan Optimo smooth wall panels were installed, also finished with the necessary trims, fasteners, and sealants to maintain both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The scope of work further included the installation of 200 linear feet of standard gutter system, complete with a total of eight downspouts to ensure proper drainage. To enhance roof safety and prevent snow slides, a 200-foot S5 double bar snow retention system was also installed, providing effective snow management for the completed structure.
