CONFIGURE AND PRICE
We begin by understanding your project requirements, including size, application, and design goals. Our team develops a custom building configuration, preliminary drawings, and a detailed proposal with transparent pricing and no hidden surprises.

ORDER SUBMISSION
Once your proposal is approved, your order is processed internally and a dedicated Project Manager is assigned. Your project officially enters the CMB workflow, ensuring a clear point of contact from start to finish.

SET THE PLAN
Your Project Manager creates a detailed project roadmap, outlining key milestones for engineering, manufacturing, and delivery. You'll also gain access to the Builder Portal to track progress and stay connected throughout the project.

ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Our engineering team finalizes your building design, completes approval drawings, and prepares detailed shop drawings for production. We work closely with you throughout the review process to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

MANUFACTURE
Once approved, your building enters production at our Canadian manufacturing facility. Every component is precision fabricated, quality inspected, and clearly labelled to support an efficient installation on site.
