Official Contest Rules & Terms
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Guess the Steel Weight Contest is sponsored by Canadian Metal Buildings ("CMB"). The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of CMB are not eligible to participate. The Contest begins [INSERT DATE] and closes at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on [INSERT DATE]. To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form and submit one estimate of the total pounds of steel used in the Porter Hangar structure. Limit one entry per person. The eligible entrant whose submitted guess is closest to the actual steel weight will be selected as the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entrant whose entry was received first will be selected. The winner will receive four (4) tickets to a Hamilton Tiger-Cats game in the Porter Hangar hospitality area. Game date, seat assignment, and all prize details will be determined by CMB and are subject to availability. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted except at CMB's sole discretion. By entering, participants agree that CMB may use their name, likeness, city of residence, and contest-related content for promotional purposes without further compensation. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Canadian Metal Buildings, its affiliates, employees, representatives, partners, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize. CMB is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries, technical malfunctions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. CMB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time. Personal information collected through this Contest will be used for Contest administration, winner notification, and future marketing communications where consent has been provided. All decisions of CMB are final and binding.
