Ferox Winery
The Ferox Winery project in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a 6,000 SF custom metal building by CMB, completed in Sept 2022. It supports wine production with features like snap seam cladding, interior liners, and a vestibule. CMB handled engineering, supply, installation, and project management.
The Ferox Winery project in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario (Project ID: 21-HBS-J66) involved the design, supply, and installation of a 6,000-square-foot (60’x100’) pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a gabled, hybrid structure. Canadian Metal Buildings (CMB) provided full project delivery, including structural and foundation engineering, and installed a custom snap seam concealed fastener system. Designed as an agricultural facility, the building supports grape harvesting, wine fermentation, and bottling operations. Completed in September 2022, the project featured a fully lined interior roof and wall system, a front vestibule, and a highly customized layout. The expansion allowed Ferox Winery to scale its production capabilities. CMB's comprehensive approach, offering both supply and installation along with full project management, served as a key differentiator in delivering this specialized facility.
