Cosella Dorken

The Cosella Dörken project, located in partnership with authorized builder Venfil Building Systems, involved the design, manufacture, and installation of a 32,000 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) by Canadian Metal Buildings (CMB). CMB provided both the foundation and structural design for the facility, which was completed in August 2023. Serving as a manufacturing and warehouse expansion for a commercial/industrial client, the building features an SSR roof, standard wall cladding with 8’ block veneer, a mezzanine above the loading dock, an SB10 Simple Saver insulation system, a crane runway, and constant-depth rigid frames to maximize interior space for vertical storage. The structure also includes a seamless transition from the existing warehouse, delivering an efficient solution with a fast fabrication and installation timeline.
