Creating this level of flexibility required a structural system that placed very few limits on the interior design. Large clear-span construction eliminated the need for interior load-bearing walls throughout the main living areas, giving the homeowners complete freedom to shape the floor plan around their lifestyle rather than the structure itself.

The generous building footprint made it possible to combine expansive living spaces with oversized garage bays and integrated storage within one cohesive design.
